Teachers, either male or female, the best dress code which is the safest and most comfortable will be a formal pair of pants with a semi-formal shirt or tunic. Make sure the pants or trousers should be in a good fit and preferably has a stretch for unrestricted movement.Teachers play a important role in kids mental and intellectual development as a reason teachers should make sure they align to school ethics and standards. 

Teachers should wear form-fitting but not too tight or too exposing. Any open-toed shoes should be avoided. Instead, opt for a pair of quality dress shoes, flats, or boots. Ensure you're not wearing anything that could be considered insulting or disrespectful, such as religious or political symbols.

All of the disrespectful things and chronic conditions that kids face are because of the we adults wear and behave infront of them. 

I believe everywhere dress code should be followed by not invoking kids to modernize our world. It’s true that kids underrate school and not want to learn anything is beacuse as teachers they should be very nurturing to build strong future for kids and this world.
